Legal enforcers hold meeting on detention center case

The Judicial Mafia Taskforce, the Legal and Human Rights Ministry and the National Police held a closed meeting today to discuss the management of detention centers following the escapes of graft suspect Gayus Tambunan.

National Police chief Gen.Timur Pradopo, taskforce chief Kuntoro Mangkusubroto and Legal and Human Rights Minister Patrialis Akbar attended the meeting.

Gayus allegedly has been exiting his cell in Kelapa Dua, Depok, since July, by bribing the officers in charge.

Graft suspect Comr. Gen Susno Duadji and murder convict Wiliardi Wizar were said to have enjoyed the same privileges.
