Navi Pillay, the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, says she is "deeply concerned" by the execution of two men Thursday and the possibility of further executions. Pillay says in a statement released Friday that the fair trials demanded under international law before the death penalty can be imposed are "practically impossible in current circumstances in Gaza.
