TodayĄŚs UN quadrennial review of CanadaĄŚs human rights record quickly turned into a spectacle of hypocrisy and farce when the North Korean regime of Kim Jong-un took the floor to accuse the country of Ą§torture and other ill-treatment,Ą¨ China, Cuba and Pakistan bewailed CanadaĄŚs Ą§racism,Ą¨ and Russia deplored Ą§torture and cruelty against peaceful protestors.
