Human rights crimes multiplying in Syria - Ban Ki-moon
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says the opposition in Syria is hardening and turning increasingly to arms, and the situation could quickly turn from tipping point to breaking point.
He was speaking after a UN Security Council meeting on the situation, called after news broke of a second massacre.
Mr Ban says human rights crimes in recent weeks are multiplying, to the stage where the UN is looking at possible war crimes prosecutions.
"The international community must recognise all these realities and must act now."
