Beast of British
Crazy Human Rights laws mean 88 killers, rapists and violent criminals can’t be booted out

DOZENS of foreign killers, sex beasts and violent criminals got to stay in Britain last year because of crazy human rights laws.
Shock figures have revealed 88 dangerous offenders escaped deportation in 2010 after they used the European Convention on Human Rights to lodge appeals.
Two of them were MURDERERS and seven were RAPISTS.
Thirteen other sex offenders and 66 convicted of violent crimes made up the rest of the shameful list.
Tory MP Priti Patel, who uncovered the figures, said: "The public will be appalled to see criminals are able to hide behind human rights excuses to remain in Britain.
"The Government urgently needs to free the UK from Europe's human rights laws so dangerous foreigners can be removed." The ECHR allows appeals against deportation on a number of grounds.
They include the "right to family life", used by foreigners with relatives in the UK.
Appeals can also be lodged on the grounds that being deported could lead to them being killed or tortured.
Last night campaigners said the deportation figures proved the system needed urgent reform.
Migration Watch chairman Sir Andrew Green fumed: "The Human Rights Act is focused on the rights of foreign criminals. It ignores the rights of British people who have to put up with the risk of further offences."
Immigration minister Damian Green added: "It is not acceptable that the Human Rights Act limits our ability to remove foreign criminals.
"That's why the Government has set up a commission to investigate establishing a British Bill of Rights."
The human rights issue divides the Coalition. PM David Cameron has pledged to "get a grip on the misrepresentation of human rights".
But deputy Nick Clegg has said the UK should be "proud" of adopting the ECHR into British law.
